Welcome to Casa Pinarrets!
Casa Pinarrets by Totiaran is an accommodation in the village of Salardú, in mountain style, very comfortable and functional; it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for 10 people.
It is located 5 minutes drive from the ski resort of Baqueira Beret and 15 minutes to the village of Vielha.
This accommodation in Salardú offers spectacular mountain views and is ideal to enjoy in summer because of its garden terrace. It is an ideal house for two families, is very well equipped, with electric radiators, and is distributed on 5 levels: From the ground floor one can enjoy a fabulous garden terrace with living room and kitchen, on the ground floor you will find the main living room and on the three upper levels are the bedrooms.
From the main entrance door is the entrance hall which has a very comfortable stool to sit and leave your shoes. Continue inside and you will find the main lounge area, with spectacular views across the valley. On the left is a round table ideal for sharing and further along are comfortable sofas and armchairs. This lounge is fully lit by a large window with access to the balcony. Also from this lounge you can enjoy watching TV together.
From this level you can go downstairs, where you will find the kitchen and dining area. This spacious area is distributed first with an open plan kitchen fully equipped with all the utensils you need, with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and other appliances. Next to the bar there is the main dining table for up to 8 people, but the house also has an outside terrace table, a folding table for 6 people that in summer is placed on the terrace and during the winter can be used inside. Next to the kitchen there is a guest toilet. On this level there is a fireplace with a metal duct to enjoy the warmth of the firewood.
From the living/dining room level upwards we find the third level where the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located. This room has a 160 cm wide double bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a built-in wardrobe; it is very well lit with natural light from its fabulous balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers two washbasins and has a bathtub and towel radiators.
On this same level to the right on the inside, there is a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm with a wooden headboard and a bedside table on the left, it also has a built-in wardrobe. The window offers plenty of natural light.
On this third level you will also find the laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and the utensils for cleaning and care of the house.
Going up to a fourth level you will find a complete bathroom with bathtub and two more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has wooden ceilings and side sloping ceilings with a velux window, has two single beds with wooden headboards and their respective bedside tables on each side with lamps, and has a built-in wardrobe. The fourth bedroom is small, has a single bed with a trundle bed for an extra person and has a built-in wardrobe.
Going up to the top level of the house to the attic we find the third double bed. It is an attic with two pyramid-style wooden ceilings, two velux windows with lots of light and spectacular views, which offers a comfortable 160 cm bed for two and a bedside table.
The house also has a parking space in front of the house. It is a private garage where you can also leave your skis and boots, which can be accessed from the street.
In addition to its luxurious interior, our mountain house offers a wide range of outdoor amenities. Guests can relax on the outdoor terrace, enjoying the cool mountain breeze and taking in the breathtaking scenery around us. They can also explore the nearby trails or participate in a variety of recreational activities, from skiing in winter to hiking in summer.
In short, our mountain house is the perfect place for those seeking an exclusive holiday experience in an incomparable natural setting. From its elegant design to its idyllic location, every aspect of this residence has been designed to offer an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Pyrenees.
