Welcome to Casa Aneto by Totiaran, your perfect refuge in the heart of the Aran Valley. This impressive three-level house, located in the charming village of Unha, offers accommodation for up to 6 people, with the option to request an extra bed exclusively for children. Enjoy the tranquility of this privileged natural environment, surrounded by lush landscapes and a wide variety of local restaurants. Additionally, you will be just 10 minutes away from the prestigious Baqueira ski resort. With a modern architecture that combines white woods and high-quality finishes, Casa Aneto welcomes you with a warm reception area that leads you to a cozy living-dining room with access to the community garden. The American kitchen is fully equipped. The dining table, initially for 5 people, can be extended with an additional chair for greater comfort. On the second level, discover two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both served by a full bathroom with a bathtub. Moving towards the attic on the third level, you will find another resting space with two single beds and a bathroom with a half bathtub. From the main bedroom to the attic, you will be able to delight in the impressive views of the valley, creating the perfect setting for your vacation, whether enjoying skiing in winter or exploring nature in summer. However, upon arrival they will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes: For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format. For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a manual dishwashing single dose, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth, and a scouring pad. This kit is complimentary and will not be replaced during the stay. Likewise, food and cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for hygiene and safety reasons. Note: The internet connection in the Valley is not via fiber optic. Please be aware that the WIFI signal is low. Animals are prohibited in the accommodation. With three bright and spacious bedrooms, it is the ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends wishing to explore all that this region has to offer, whether in summer or winter. Mont dera Solana by Totiaran is a charming mountain cottage for 6 people, modern and cosy, with light and white woodwork, located in the village of Garos, just 15 minutes drive from the ski slopes of Baqueira Beret ski resort and 5 minutes from the centre of Vielha. This beautiful holiday rental accommodation offers you an ideal holiday stay both in winter and summer because it is located in one of the favourite villages in the Aran Valley and because of its harmony and comfort. Entering the village of Garos towards the first block of properties on the right you will find Mont dera Solana by Totiaran which stands out for its beautiful balcony and stone façade. As you enter through its front door you will find its entrance area with a cloakroom and ski locker. On this same entrance level are two bedrooms, each with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms offer fitted wardrobes, comfortable bunk beds and windows providing natural light. Adjacent is a modern bathroom complete with electric radiators for the use of these two rooms. Moving up to the upper level you will find a spacious living room and kitchen area, nicely decorated and equipped with windows and a balcony with plenty of natural light. Here you will first find the open plan kitchen, modern and very well equipped. Next to it is the dining room with a white table for 6 people and then there is the main sofa and in front of it is the fireplace, ideal to gather everyone together; above the fireplace wall you will see a large smart TV. The stairs lead upstairs to the attic where you will find the master bedroom with a 150 cm double bed and a small built-in wardrobe; it is a well-lit room with windows and next to it is the ensuite bathroom with shower and mountain views. Garos is an ideal year-round destination, offering a wide range of outdoor activities to enjoy in every season. In the summer, you can explore the nearby hiking trails, enjoy adventure sports or simply relax in nature. In winter, you'll be close to the ski slopes of Baqueira-Beret, where you can enjoy exciting days in the snow.
