Casa Salient is a magnificent detached house located in the village of Casarilh, 12 km from Baqueira, and 10 minutes drive from the ski resort of Baqueira Beret, and just 5 minutes from the centre of Vielha. It is the ideal place to enjoy with the family as it has a capacity for 16 people with living rooms and a garden.

Casa Salient is a house of 270 mts2 distributed in four floors and a garage basement. From the main door, we find the distributor of access to the house, where there is a wardrobe to hang the jackets, then there is a complete bathroom with shower and here is the washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor you will enjoy a comfortable lounge with sofas and in front of it a fireplace to enjoy the warmth. Then there is an extendable dining table for up to 12 people. All this area has a lot of natural light because it has a terrace overlooking the garden. The kitchen area is next to the dining room and is fully equipped.

Going up from the entrance we have a first floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of them, considered the master bedroom, has a double bed of 160 cm and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. On the same floor there are two further bedrooms, one with two single beds and the third with a double bunk bed plus a single bed. The bathroom that serves these two bedrooms is complete and has a bathtub.

Continuing upstairs is the third floor where you will find a lounge with sofas and a huge cinema style TV. Then there is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds; both share a full bathroom with glass partition.
Upstairs, there are 2 double sofa beds, each with a 150 cm sofa bed, plus a single bed.

In the basement of the house underneath the 1st floor, there is the parking area and the ski storage room.

In addition to its indoor and outdoor amenities, this house is conveniently located close to a variety of outdoor activities, from hiking and biking to skiing and snowboarding in winter. It is also close to charming local villages and restaurants, where you can enjoy the region's delicious cuisine.
