Casa Pleta Baqueira Deluxe by Totiaran is a beautiful, modern mountain house, sleeping up to 12 people with spectacular views of the Aran Valley peaks and ski slopes. Located in the renowned Pleta de Baqueira resort, the house has 6 bedrooms, 5 of them with en-suite bathrooms. It is a 4-level house with garage, ski storage area and Haman. The urbanisation offers private transport to the Baqueira 1500 chairlift which passes every 20 minutes to take you directly to the cable car. When you enter the Casa Pleta Baqueira Deluxe, you will see a small hall where you can leave your coats, further on there is the guest toilet and then you go into the largest area of the whole house, 100m2 to enjoy. Entering this space, to the right you will see a living room with two sofa areas, which invite you to enjoy in total comfort in a homely atmosphere. The huge fireplace is located in front of all the sofas; an ideal spot to contemplate and let yourself warm up. All of this area has glass doors next to it that open onto balconies with panoramic views of the Aran Valley that offer plenty of natural light. This area has a large Smart TV to enjoy any channel with multiple international signals. The dining room is on the right hand side of this level; first you will see a long designer table made of sturdy wood for 8 people, with comfortable chairs. Here natural light floods in, giving plenty of warmth to your after-dinner conversation. Next to it is the kitchen, fully equipped, functional and modern with all the utensils and kitchenware you need to feel at home in a kitchen. The stairs of this house, situated as the backbone, will take you to two levels up and two levels down. Going up first you will find on the 3rd level there are two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom on the right offers a superb double bed 180cm x 200cm wide, with windows that offer views of the slopes and give plenty of light to the whole room; next to the bed is a bathtub with water pressure jets, followed by the bathroom vanity with large mirrors and a toilet. At the other end is a shower with glass doors. The second bedroom to the right has two single beds, fitted wardrobe and next to it is the full bathroom. Upstairs is the 4th level which is an attic room where you will find a large comfortable double bed also 180 wide and opposite it is a full bathroom, it is a very cosy area, with light wood and is fully carpeted. From the lounge level, going down you will find the 1st level, where you will find two more bedrooms. To the left is a large bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, Smart TV, fitted wardrobes and a single sofa bed; this space has to the left a full en-suite bathroom. From the stairs to the right is the children's bedroom with 4 bunk beds plus a single sofa bed and in front of it a huge Smart TV accompanied by a video game system. Descending and you will reach level 0, where you will find several spaces. First you will see the open garage area which is a fully wood panelled lounge with several compartments for boots, skis and helmets, where you will also find the electric boot warmers; a very comfortable area to leave all your ski equipment. The house offers wifi service to always enjoy TV, and all the modern services that a house like this offers. In addition its special location, next to the mountain and ski slopes makes this accommodation a special place to enjoy in winter and also in summer. The parking of the house is at the back of the house, it is an outside space in front of the garage door. The interior garage is a leisure room, ski heater and Sauna.
