It also has another bedroom with a double bed and another en-suite bathroom, and 2 rooms with 2 beds that share a bathroom on the same floor. On the upper floor, you will find the spacious living room, with high wooden ceilings and a stone fireplace, it is the ideal place to relax by the fire, enjoying the impressive mountain views through its large windows. Every detail has been carefully selected to provide a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, with comfortable sofas, alpine design decor, and a large television for your leisure moments. In the large dining area, we have placed a table prepared for your family gatherings. Welcome to Casa Chamois by Totiaran!

A spectacular House located in Val de Ruda, with 4 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms; in the best urbanization of the Baqueira Beret area. The accommodation is located in a privileged location, next to the cable car access. An unbeatable situation for ski enthusiasts.

Chamois is a high-end renovation house with first-class finishes. The house has 300 m2 distributed across 4 floors. On the ground floor, there is the main living-dining room and kitchen area, all equipped and decorated by professionals. The dining table seats 8 people. The entire living room is completely exterior with access to a balcony with views of Val de Ruda. All details have been carefully considered, such as the balcony's climate control to make it usable during snow season.

On the two upper floors, you will find the rest area, with a capacity of up to 6 people, where on the first level, there are 2 en-suite bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and on the upper floor, there is an attic suite with a double bed and a private bathroom.
The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor, fully equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a living room.

This excellent house is complemented by two parking spaces and two ski storage closets.
