Welcome to our exclusive duplex penthouse, Vistas Ruda by Totiaran, a recently refurbished jewel that combines contemporary style, comfort and a privileged location at the foot of the slopes of the Baqueira 1500 cable car, opposite the Val de Ruda car park.
Vistas Rudas by Totiaran is a modern duplex, a recently refurbished penthouse ideal for 8 people, at the foot of the slopes of the Baqueira 1500 cable car, opposite the Val de Ruda car park.
The heart of our duplex is the bright and spacious living-dining room, where you can relax after a day on the slopes. The large windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, while the comfortable sofas invite you to relax by the fireplace and enjoy convivial moments.
Also next to the living room, there is a spectacular terrace with incredible views to enjoy the best sunny days.
The accommodation is on the top floor of the Solneu building and has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is ideal for the little ones, it has 2 beds and a complete bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs we find the third bedroom which has 3 beds, 1 double bed and 1 single bed with a trundle bed accompanied by a bathroom with shower.
The accommodation has a ski locker in the same building.
In addition to its privileged location opposite the access to the Baqueira 1500 cable car, our duplex also offers direct access to a variety of services and amenities, including restaurants, shops and leisure activities in Baqueira centre.

The apartment does not offer a parking place but you can add extra parking to your reservation at the Val de Ruda building parking space, right in front of this accommodation; just add it inside your reservartions area, for an extra cost. The building offers an elevator until the 9th floor after, there are walking stairs to go up to the main door. It also does not have a washing machine or dryer, but a few meters from the apartment there is a self-service laundry shop.
