Welcome to our charming accommodation in Pleta de Jus, Manaud by Totiaran is located in the heart of Baqueira. This cosy flat offers a unique mountain experience with modern comforts and breathtaking views that will take your breath away.
The new Manaud by Totiaran is a newly renovated accommodation and is located in the Pleta de Jus urbanisation, right in front of Pleta de Baqueira; just a few minutes from the ski lift of Baqueira 1500 resort. It is a beautiful holiday flat in Baqueira for 9 people. An ideal accommodation for the winter and very convenient in summer for cycling and hiking directly to the routes of the Ruda mountains.
Manaud by Totiaran is located on the first floor and from its balcony offers spectacular views of the slopes of Baqueira 1500 and the mountains of the Aran valley. It is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom flat with the best amenities to enjoy a comfortable and cosy family stay.
Important: Below this accommodation is an identical flat, the new "Riu Nere" which is suitable for groups of families who want to come together because both accommodations can accommodate a total of 18 people.
At the entrance of the flat is the hall where you will see to your right a small cupboard to leave your shoes and on the walls there are coat racks to leave your coats, in front of it is a wooden stand where you can leave your skis.
Entering through the front door you will see to the left a large and open space where you will find the living room with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and in front of it is the fireplace, ideal for all of you to stay together. To the right of the lounge is the access to the balcony which runs the length of the property with lovely views.
The dining room and kitchen are in this same room, to the left you will find a comfortable designer table with a wooden structure with a carved wooden top and a glass top on the table; it has a double seat at the head of the table and can seat up to 8 people in total. Next to it is a complete open plan kitchen, with a window overlooking the trees, recently renovated and fully equipped with a new fridge freezer and all the necessary utensils to enjoy your stay.
Entering to the right are the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new double bed of 180 cm. The master bedroom has a new 180 cm double bed, smart TV and plenty of natural light thanks to its windows. This room also offers comfortable built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds, modern and comfortable.
The third bedroom has two bunk beds plus a trundle bed, each of 190 for a total of 5 people. Outside you will find a complete bathroom for these two rooms, which includes a washing machine & tumble dryer.
To go to the ski lift of Baqueira 1500, the Pleta de Jus urbanization has a private service, a 4 x 4 van that is at your service every day. It is the perfect place to enjoy your accommodation in Baqueira.
Our privileged location gives you easy access to the world-class ski slopes of Baqueira-Beret, as well as a wide variety of hiking trails and outdoor activities. Plus, you'll be close to restaurants, shops and other amenities to make your stay even more convenient.
