It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in the Val de Ruda development, in Baqueira 1500 with direct access - just a few metres away - to the gondola lift to the ski slopes.
On entering the flat, you will be greeted by a bright and welcoming atmosphere, where the white and neutral tones create a sense of serenity and calm. The living-dining room, decorated with elegant furniture and alpine details, is the ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes. The large windows allow you to enjoy breathtaking views of the snowy landscape surrounding the property.
The flat is 90 sqm and consists of a comfortable living room with a fireplace and two comfortable sofas, a large Smart TV. Next to it is a dining table, following is the open plan kitchen fully equipped for a perfect stay. The dining table, which seats 8 people, is surrounded by windows and offers enviable views over the gardens of Val de Ruda.
At the other end of the Comalada, you will find 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom sleeps up to 3 people and offers a double bed of 160 and an extra trundle bed. It has wardrobes, and the en-suite bathroom has a shower. This room offers spectacular views over the gardens of Val de Ruda.
The second bedroom has 2 hydraulic bunk beds. The third bedroom has 1 single bed. These two bedrooms are served by a second bathroom with bath and washing machine.

The flat has 1 parking space with a ski locker where you can leave your equipment before entering the flat. From the car park and the ski locker room you can go directly by lift to the gondola lift, which will leave you at the entrance to the ski pass control and lift access.
